Copper Kitchen & Bar is a seasonal earth-to-table dining experience that designed to delight and satisfy all kinds of foodies. The rooftop location is a perfect setting for lunch surrounded by palm fronds and rice fields, or dinner under a moonlit sky and fairy lights.
The menu is inspired by Bali and it’s surrounding regions and comprises of the finest local produce. Food is sourced from the Tegalalang Reserve, fisheries in Amed (East Bali) along with the farm on the ground at Bisma Eight. Copper Kitchen’s use of local produce enable the menu to stay authentic, ethical and inspired. The restaurant is a truly an earth to table experience.
Located on the rooftop of the Bisma Eight hotel, head through the foyer and turn left up the stairs, the restaurant is open to everyone. Suitable for any occasion Copper Kitchen offers a delicious menu and high-quality dining experience. Each menu item offers suggestion of the best drinks, both wine and cocktails, for pairing with your meal.
Vegetarians and meat-eaters are well catered for with plenty of options for both, and the majority of the menu is gluten free. Taste is a priority at Copper Kitchen, the fresh produce has been mastered into a symphony of flavours by Chef Ben to create masterpieces such as house made olive gnocchi, nasturtium leaf pesto, forest mushrooms, roast garlic & wild fern tips and wood fired lamb cutlets with spiced hazelnut & carrot salad.
Copper Kitchen is open for breakfast (7am- 11am), lunch (11am- 6pm) and dinner from 6pm onwards. Each menu varies in it’s offerings, each are equally delicious, it’s well worth giving all three a shot!
