Local therapists have been trained by internationally accredited teachers in anatomy and physiology along with the training in the different types of treatments available. Prior to a treatment, choose from a selection of natural massage oils that are exclusively formulated based on skin type and season. You can also place your preference for type of massage (soft, medium or hard). Any cricks in the neck and tightness in those muscles will soon be history; circle a diagram of the body to show which areas need work and where you’d prefer they avoid. The result? You will leave not only utterly relaxed, but completely relieved of all stiffness and tension.
